We chose Microsoft Teams as our primary communication tool due to its versatility and efficiency. Microsoft Teams provided various communication options, including text, calls, and video chats. This flexibility was invaluable as it allowed team members to communicate seamlessly through web browsers, PCs, and mobile devices, making it easy to reach one another when needed. Furthermore, Teams integrated with SharePoint software, which proved indispensable for collaboration. We leveraged SharePoint for Word documents used in milestone reports, weekly logs, and presentations.
